Pork Sliced Ham, Boneless - Multiple Sizes Available

These are "Picnic Hams", which are a little smaller, sliced all the way down the roast, and have a 100% yield (no bones). We'd recommend 0.5 to 1 pound per person. This year, they are quarter hams (see first 3 product pictures); the flat bottom makes them very easy to reheat. Always pasture raised and grass fed, our delicious ham makes any meal special!

Applewood smoked ham, with a salt, water and turbinado sugar cure. Yes, there is sugar, no it's not a lot of sugar, we love this ham!

Reheating Instructions: While these hams are smoked, they taste best when reheated in the oven prior to serving; you want to make sure you fully heat the ham all the way through, but also want to avoid potentially drying it out. The best way to do this is to place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, then add 1/4 - 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan and cover the whole thing tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes per pound, until the ham hits 135 - 140 degrees internally. If you want to add your own glaze, you can remove the foil halfway through the reheating process to allow that glaze to develop additional flavor for your holiday feast!
